How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information and number.

What happens if my order is out of stock?

It is possible that items in high demand can go out of stock while your order is in transit.  Should this unfortunate scenario occur, EmyCo will notify you immediately that your order could not be completed and has cancelled the order.  

If you paid via PayPal, you will be issued a refund for the amount paid. 
If you paid via credit/debit card, your card will not be charged.

How do I cancel an order?

Our goal at EmyCo is process and ship orders quickly.  Once you have received your confirmation email, the order has already been sent for processing and cannot be adjusted or cancelled.  Free returns are always available.
